Now . lets learn about the refund and return for shopee and chinabrands dropshipping .
Now the very first thing that I would like you guys to understand is the business relationship between Shopee , shopee seller and Chinabrands .
Chinabrands is just a middle man to supply products to seller , so that shopee sellers can sell products from chinabrands in Shopee .That is about it .
That also means that , shopee does not give a shit to chinabrands and shopee will also not give a shit to you if anything happen between you and chinabrnads .For example , if you cannot intergrate chinabrands with your shopee store , shopee will not even bother to help you on this . It is non of their business .
And this works the same as chinbrands will not give a shit to you if anything happen between you and shopee .. For example , if shopee does not allow cb to integrate with your sellers shop , Chinabrands cannot do anything as well .
How Does This Affect Return and Refund ?
Buyers can request a return/refund within 3 days (or up to 7 days for Shopee Mall products) after buying your products .
So , if a buyers want to have a refund , you will be given 15 days to settle it if you are selling from Shopee Malaysia …And this 15days period is very important , as you need to immediately contact chinabrands for a refund , so that you can make a refund to your customer.
Lets look at Chinabrands refund policy .
1)If non-3C products have quality issue or cannot be used or missing accessories, you can submit a refund or a replacement request within 15 days after signing. The calculation time is from receive date.
2) 3C product is arrival damaged or cannot be used or missing accessories, you can submit a return request within 30 days after signing.
3C product stands for computers, telecommunication and consumer electronics.
3) If it’s product quality issue within the valid warranty period (3C products: 30 days, non 3C products: 15 days), returned shipping fees are undertaken by Chinabrands.
3)If it’s product quality issue, but it exceeds the valid warranty period(3C products: 30 days, non 3C products: 15 days), the shipping fee of returning and exchanging products shall be undertaken by the customer.
4)Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging and before we can consider issuing RMA authorization.
Lets look at this example,so ,you received a refund ticket from your buyer that he want to have a refund of a power bank because it is damanged.
The very first thing that you need to do is to ask your seller to take a photo of the damaged power bank .The next things that you need to do is to contact Chinabrands customer services. This is the fastest way to get things done.
They will ask you for photos of the damaged power bank .And they will have a look at those photo , and make a decision to refund you the money or not .
This is really up to them .If they decide not to refund the money to you , too bad , you will make a loss .
And they will only consider products that are dameged for refund . If you mistakenly ordered the wrong products , there is no way that you are going to get the money back
If you want to ask me , how often they will refund the money , I have really no idea , but based on what I get from google , it sucks.
